Mr. Chee Liew Seong has been suffering from Parkinson's Disease for about 14 years. He joined the MPDA as a committee member in 1998. He became the President of the MPDA from 2005 to 2006. He also held the post of Editor of the Berita Parkinson, the official newsletter of the MPDA, for ten years.
Just like Mr. Lloyd Tan, Mr. Chee was also a dedicated teacher who believed in teaching the society, especially the young generation, about the moral values and community service. This is one of the reasons why Mr. Chee has given his strong commitment to the MPDA. As such, he remains an important figure who is well respected by the Malaysian Parkinson's community.
Even though Mr. Lloyd Tan and Mr. Chee had contributed to the Malaysian Parkinson's community at different times and in different ways, both of them share something in common - they are the selfless warriors.
